JOE AKHIGBE & ASSOCIATES was founded in January, 2001. It's objective
since its foundation is to achieve the following:

an efficient service in the development and management of real estate.

services in the evaluation and appraisal of real estate investment.

for its clients an efficient service in the marketing of real estate
either on short or long term basis.

with cognate professions for the purpose of securing a harmonious

Our services include the valuation of assets for all purposes, estate
agency, that is, sales and letting of properties, property management,
project management, property development as well as feasibility and
viability studies.
We offer advice to clients on commercial developments as well as residential
developments.
We also source properties for companies including banks for the expansion
of their branch network.
This may be in the area of negotiation of leases or outright purchases
depending on the clients instruction.
We have the capacity to undertake jobs internationally as we have
affiliates abroad.
Our firm is a member of the International Real Estate Institute based
in Alexandria, Minnesota U.S.A.
