Mr. Akhigbe has almost 20 years of experience as an estate surveyor and manager. He was trainned in Edo College, Benin City, Nigeria from where he proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife to study Estates Managements. He was awarded a Bachelors of Science degree after graduating with honors in 1987. He worked as a surveyor in several firms, the last of which was Ismail & Partners, were he was until December 2000, before leaving to establish the firm of Joe Akhigbe & Associate.

Joe has special interest in Property Valuation, Estates Agency and Management. He is an associate member of Institute of Revenue Rating and Valuation of the United Kingdom. He is also a member of the U.S based International Real Estates Institute as well as the International Real Estates Federation headquartered in France.
Mr. Akhigbe is currently the Assiatant National Treasurer of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, where he has distinguished himself as an illustrious member of 20 years standing

Mr. Lawrence Ehiosun
An alumni of Auchi Polytechnic, were he bagged a National Diploma and a Higer Diploma in Estates Managements in 1984 and 1996 respectively, Lawrence has a wealth of experience in Estate Management and Mortgage Finance having worked with two estates management agencies and a mortgage finance company before joining the firm of Joe Akhigbe in June 2001.
His over one decade practicing career experience has been invaluable to the firm

Mr. James Olajide
Mr Olajide is a 1999 graduate of the University of Lagos. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Estates Managements. Before joining the firm of Joe Akhigbe & Assocatiates in 2004 James has worked in two estates firms, the last being Diya Fatimilehin & Company which he joined in 2001.
His professional interest is in Estates Agency and Property Valaution.
